Job Description

The customer service trainer is responsible for ensuring that the staff is knowledgeable in all aspects of the company’s offerings and that there is a high level of quality control. Designing competency tests, ensuring effective training of company’s product/process knowledge along with soft-skills, and reporting results to supervisors is all a required part of this job. Trainers are also responsible for implementing new teaching and training techniques, as well as evaluating existing techniques.
