Requisition Description:

• Candidates should have 0 - 3 Years of experience or Fresher can also apply.
  
• Review credit card disputes based on documentation/information from customers and rules set by Associations (Visa/MasterCard/Amex/Discover etc.)
  
• Contextual application of business rules that involves judgement
  
• Follow clearly established and defined procedures
  
• Referring cases for further information if information provided is not sufficien
  
• Taking action based on process notes
  
• Accounting of financial entries into General Ledger, Tracking of entries ageing beyond predefined standards, Proofing of accounts
  
• Balancing NPS and ensuring a positive customer experience while managing/minimizing operating losses
  
• Accurate reporting of MIS/Timekeeping
  
• Undertake other assignments as given by the Team Lead/Manager
  
• Ensuring Information security for sensitive data
  

• Strong written communication skills
  
• Experience in making quick, high quality decisions on complex case scenarios
  
• Detail orientated
  
• Ability to conduct logical investigations

• Shift of operations:US Day / India Night - Rotating shift with work on Saturday/Sundays.
• 5 day work week
