Vendor Selection & review, presenting shortlisted vendors to senior management.
Frequent coordination with store &production department for maintaining the stock level to keep control over purchase.
Sending RFQs to respective vendors and evaluate prices by preparing a comparative statement.
Carefully check the purchase orders & verify that product information, shipping information, cost and delivery dates are all correct before placing the purchase order.
Analyze the invoice matching and resolve and avoid any and all invoice discrepancies within forty-eight hours.
Report any supplier performance issues in accordance with the policies and procedures.
Follow the procurement procedure& policies by maintaining the necessary documents and files for ISO audit.
New vendor development could offer better products and provide cost-effective solutions to the company.
