Role Summary:
•Manage the business procurement requests by liaising with both the internal stakeholders and the preferred vendors and achieve best value for the company
•Validate and provide 1st level approval for purchase requisitions, check for compliance and prepare monthly reports
•Work together with Category Management to understand the procurement and business processes and analyse new opportunities where procurement process can be established
•To undertake project work directed by the procurement manager and achieve savings
•Answer stakeholder and vendor queries on emails/calls as procurement admin
• Create Pos, GRNs, GIs in SAP
