Job Description
- Experience in Highway Projects & Road Projects.
- Monitoring of indents, Floating of inquiries and placement of orders,
- Coordination with engineering team for technical information/ clarification if required,
- Scrutiny of vendor techno/commercial offers,
- Negotiations with vendors,
- Monitoring of timely release of purchase orders in line with the requirement given by Planning/ projects division,
- Issuing of material clearance and follow-up for inspection calls from suppliers,
- Coordination with client for early Inspection and obtaining dispatch instructions for inspected material,
- Monitoring/ Follow up for the dispatch of materials,
- Coordination with site stores for receipts confirmation or any clarification required,
- Monitoring the supply status of materials for each project,
- Coordination with F&A department for arranging vendor payments through LCs, PDC, RTGS,
- Arranging the required billing documents for commercial department,
- Coordination with the project team for resolving material issues.
