• Have an understanding of the currently running furnishing designs in the market.
• Study the leather panels we are currently selling in the market and use your imagination to design headboards to be sold in furnishing showrooms.
• Co-ordinate with our engineers and operators to develop the design for headboards using the leather panels that are manufactured by us.
• Head the project from start to finish and add designs to be developed on a weekly basis.
• Work on new products or improve existing ones, and use your understanding of technology, materials and manufacturing methods to improve the design and usability of an item.
• Research on the currently running designs in the market, and study how we can achieve a cutting edge over others through the designs you develop.

Requisites

• Bachelor of Design or any other equivalent course
• Minimum 1 year experience in interior designing or development of interior design products
• Knowledge on the designs running in the market for furnishing products
• Knowledge in the development and creation of interior decorative products
• Be creative with an eye for shape and colour.
• Understand different materials and production methods for headboards used in furnishing stores.
• Be interested in the way people choose and use furnishing products.
• Effective project management skills
• Effective leadership skills
