Role & Responsibilities

Gather user requirements through, user interviews, brainstorming sessions, scenarios thinking and by collaborating with Product Designer, Product Managers & Engineers
Proven knowledge of user-centered design (UCD), white/negative space balance, planning and conducting user research, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility testing.
Designing UI elements and tools such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, popup, sticky bars and widgets for our digital assets and good command on visual designs.
Proven experience in user persona, information architecture, card sorting, wireframes, user flows and user journey map to deliver intuitive user interface design for every device.
Great design sense and choices of typography, fonts style, colors, iconography and images.
Participate in cutting-edge usability best practices and knowledge of latest UI/UX trends.
Work closely with the multidisciplinary team. product, engineering & design. Support the engineering teams with design assets, specs, mock-ups, interaction and consultations in real-time.

Ideal Candidate

Bachelor’s degree with a proven track record in UI-UX Design
1+ years working experience
Understanding of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
Proficiency in visual design and wireframing tools (Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Photoshop/illustrator, zeplin). We recommend Adobe XD
Rich portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for web, mobile & tablet platforms. Working knowledge of responsive design.
Immersive knowledge of Android and iOS platform design principles
Tangible passion for pixel perfection, as well as a commitment to continuously improve. Ability to juggle multiple priorities and effectively deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and Time-management skills.
