We are currently looking for a Product Designer to join our team. This role would start off as an individual contributor.

Job Description

Work closely with the Product Manager, Data and Engineering teams to ensure a high level of CX on the Mobile site, website and apps
Conduct UX research and identify the users- needs and wants
Translate concepts into user flow, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes
Implement best practices in user design methodologies
Prioritize an intuitive user-centered design approach with rapid testing and iteration
Present well-articulated UX design and IA decisions to teams and stakeholders
Plan, organize and participate in ongoing usability testing and assessments
Contribute to, and help create, design guidelines, best practices and standards

Skills & Experience Required

Minimum 1 years of relevant work experience as a Product Designer and UIUX Designer, with experience in B2C applications
Passion to work in a startup and grow with the company. Desire to lead a team later on.
Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating your thoughts and present ideas and concepts clearly to the engineering and design team
Passionate about potential product offerings and innovation to conduct research in the industry's latest trends and technologies
Commercially aware, self-motivated and proactive
Strong problems solving skills is essential
Experience of using tools such as Sketch, Photoshop, Illustrator, InVision and other prototyping tools
