Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Gaining a deep understanding of customer experience, identifying and filling product gaps, and generating new ideas that grow market share digitally by improving customer experience and driving growth
2. Harnessing online platforms for promotion and sale of the product
3. Prioritizing activities based on business scope and customer impact
4. Working closely with teams to deliver quick time-to-market and optimal resources
5. Driving product launches including working with executives, and other product management team members
6. Evaluating promotional plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
7. Heading digital campaigns for the assigned product by coordinating with the respective teams
8. Ideating and creating content by harnessing the latest trends in the market by coordinating with the graphics team1. Interact with users to understand what they need and to collect their feedback on existing and upcoming features
9. Prioritizing amongst various tasks according to impact and urgency
10. Working with developers for the product delivery and optimization
11. Analyzing data to find insights into user behavior and constantly improve the product
12. Owning the metrics of the product
