About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working closely with the founding and product team from ideation to implementation
2. Monitoring competitor's product, sales & marketing strategies and identifying upcoming industry trends
3. Anticipating product adoption roadblocks and helping team leaders with resolutions
4. Aiding implementation of management initiatives as a part of the strategy desk
5. Helping product team with research and study of financial product's performance and features
6. Acting as an aggregator between all business functions and project team
7. Developing OKRs, determining key metrics for success and keep a track of progress in respective tasks
