To acquire new Advisor (agent) for sale of General and life Insurance Product from Insurance company ,
Manage the relationship with clients including corporate clients
Support day to day operation of the sales
Managing Insurance - Sales and related activities
Manage Sourcing , Processing , Issurance , Post Issurance customer issues (If any)
Ensure adherence to all company policies and processes
Develop and implement initiative to motivate & retain high performing talent
To abide strictly with the selling norms defined by the organization
To analyze financial needs of the customers and offer appropriate product with utmost transparency
To maintain and provide MIS as desired by the organization for all clients
To provide accurate information for all products and services of the company to the customers ,
