Our Team consists of passionate professionals who hail from world's most prestigious educational institutions such as IIT, IIM, MIT, ISB and Wharton.

We are looking for a passionate, talented Product Manager with expertise to build and manage innovative

products for a key retail client. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. He/she will work closely with stakeholder teams in one of these four key business pillars - Customer Experience, Merchandising, Supply Chain and Store Associate Experience.

This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with technical teams to drive the development of our product while being comfortable managing senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Set product strategy and vision
Define product requirements. Draft OKRs on a quarterly basis and seek cross-leadership alignment
Work with development teams to deliver product to the market
Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team's ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
Work to constantly conduct analyses, uncover areas of opportunity to improve the product and continually improve the customer/user experience throughout the entire customer/user journey
Collaborate with Product managers to develop recommendations for new features or services
Participate in periodic reviews with Leadership teams (India and Global)
Reporting of key insights and industry trends and inform the larger team of noteworthy story lines

Requirements

Experience: 5+
3+ years product management experience
Bachelor's degree
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Demonstrated success leading project delivery for large, cross functional programs
Demonstrated record of partnering with and influencing cross-functional teams.
Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.
MBA & B Tech degree preferred from a Tire 1 college.
Experience with SQL or Data querying and analysis tools is desired
Experience in retail/e-commerce/omnichannel/grocery industry is a plus
Outstanding business acumen and judgment
Self-starter with an intense curiosity and comfort with ambiguity
Excellent analytical abilities
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Ability to influence cross-functional teams
Strong bias toward data-driven decision making
Capability to juggle multiple projects
Ability to think big while also diving deep and be creative
