Disenosys are looking for a passionate Product Manager to join product management dream team and define and lead the execution of our various product solutions.

This role will require strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with team to drive the development of our product. The ideal candidate will be curious, have strong attention to detail, should be from BPO background, be motivated/energized by a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, be comfortable thinking big while also diving deep, will have high judgement and comfort managing senior stakeholders.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.     Manage from concept to design, sample production, testing, forecast, cost, mass production, promotion, support, and finally, product end of life.

2.     Partner with engineering, curriculum, and business teams to design and build exceptional experiences that benefit our customers and drive business results

3.     Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load

4.     Keep abreast of the latest design trends and competitive landscape to ensure that B2C and B2B product designs are considered the frontrunners in the field of design

5.     Establish best practices, frameworks, and design language systems to ensure design- excellence in the products we ship

6.     Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the team’s ability to meet strategic, financial, and technical goals Work to constantly improve our product; continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1.     1-5 years of overall experience in Product Management, Engineering or Consulting

2.     Prior experience with startups in the B2C segment is added advantage

3.     Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization

4.     Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results

5.     Prior experience in understanding and working with APIs driven business processes

6.     Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills

7.     Engineering and / Management degree from a premier institute

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1.     MBA degree

2.     BPO Background required

3.     Prior experience in e-commerce product management

A strong eye for designing
