• Job Title – Production Manager
  

Job Description:

• To check and prepare production Report.
  
• Coordinate with the Teams 
  
• Ensure timely delivery 
  
• Ensure facility management 
  
• Maintain stock and production Reports and ensure sufficient stock 
  
• Need to understand and practice on making all types of aluminium windows on automatic and semi-automatic machines, by hand tools etc. 
• Assembling them with precision. 
• Packing and dispatching them to client site. 
• Unloading and fitting of windows at client site.
  
• This understanding is important to handle team and train them on that.
  
• Basic understanding of blue prints and schematics for erecting and commissioning for aluminium windows.
  
• Operated industrial cutting machine and a variety of hand and power tools used in Aluminium fabrication. 
• Machines like double head cutter/ router machine / end milling machines etc should be known both in terms of use as well as training for other staffs.
  
• Supervise the training of other apprentice.
  
•  Instruct and oversaw employees in the installation process of fabricated process.
  
• Build aluminium items from drawings. 
• Conducting modifications as per requirements.
  
• Perform major and minor body and mechanical repairs and inspect for fit and finish.
  
• Qualifications:B.E. Mechanical

• Knows AutoCAD
  
• Worked on CAD/CAM Machines
  
• Who can understand engineering drawings and work for manufacturing accordingly.
  
• Experience of 0-2, Male/Female both can apply.
  
•  Reporting – Directly reporting  to Head of the Plant
