Job Description

-In this position You will manage Valve topworks products and instrumented solutions in global Product Center organization, you will define product development road maps and priorities for R&D organization and launch the products to global sales. You will be based in India (Navi Mumbai area) but work as a member of global Product Center organization. As a Product Manager you will be a key player in determining the product strategy and offering guidelines that best support the growth plans in target areas. You will be responsible for the product portfolio development, and for providing the technical and commercial input to business development plans and risk analyses. You will also be a member of RTD project steering groups and the owner of product modification projects and profitability actions. You will maintain and develop the product offering and pricing in the sales system, as well as the product marketing documentation. You will also guide sales and quotation organizations in product selection for different applications, and give both internal and external product trainings. You will work in close co-operation with Business Line Managers and Global Sales and Project organizations in order to support growth and profitability of Metso’s entire valve business.
