Job Description
1. Enable Anakage's clients and partners on all technical aspects including installation, solutions customization, and ongoing support
2. Provide technical knowledge and expertise in delivery and pre-sales stages
3. Work on project management engagements including technical requirements gathering, scope management to closure in proof of concept and deployment phases
4. Act as a customer success agent to measure the effectiveness of the platform and solutions usage and drive desired outcomes
5. Build and maintain post-sales relationships with customers and partners
6. Provide ongoing training and evangelize platform's features and use cases
7. Identify process and technology improvements in deployment and support besides core product features based on user feedback
8. Enable sales and content creation with technical depth and harvest case studies from deployments

2. Understanding of software and technology (servers, networks, end-user computing)
3. Understanding and experience of Windows, VB, Powershell scripting

5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
6. Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Powerpoint
