The answer is QURIZ. We’re a Bangalore-based startup Health Management Platform which is designed to empower patients in taking care of their health and Appointments. Job Overview:
The Manager of Product Marketing brings a wealth of go-to-market experience including proven processes for repeatedly readying all customer touch points for successful launch. He or she is a respected manager and mentor with a flair for developing exceptionally productive high performance and collaborative teams who package and deliver innovative solutions that are widely embraced in the marketplace. He or she will lead an experienced team of product marketers who are responsible for maximizing channel and direct revenue, adoption and utilization of the entire portfolio of QURIZ’s products and services.
Our ideal candidate has a strong track record marketing cloud-based business solutions; a flair for developing compelling positioning and messaging; deep experience building vertical and persona-based sales enablement tools, and a proven ability to collaborate with product management and development teams to bring new innovations to market.

Requirements
Responsibilities:
•
Partners with executive leadership to define the overall product strategy for
the Healthcare Marketplace
• Assists in defining revenue and key growth opportunities by identifying and
launching multiple new products/services each year.
• Owns product P&L (or revenue) and performance analysis to identify
challenges and forecast opportunities
• Owns working with R&D, Sales, Business Development and Marketing, to
identify and prioritize the business unit road map across all segments and
geographies
• Responsible for creating business cases for major features and new products,
services and bundles
• Work directly with marketing and sales to understand marketing requirements
and product gaps by segment
• Work closely with sales, new prospects, customers, and partners to identify
new products and services then drive and champion securing prioritization on
the roadmap.
• Conduct market research, lead focus groups, and engage in an on-going dialog
with customers and non-customers
• Owns product marketing plans for all stages of the product lifecycle.
• Continually refine and update all product, service and package messaging,
positioning, and collateral for each of QUIRZ's products and services within
the Indian marketplace.
• In collaboration with finance, accounting, marketing and legal, oversee and/or
influence appropriate pricing, positioning, packaging and promotional
strategies
• Oversee and coordinate all new product and service launch activities, working
cross-functionally with all internal stakeholders and customer touch points to
assure timely and successful launch
• Provide vision and leadership for the product marketing team
cross-functionally communicating priorities, challenges and accomplishments.
• Provide guidance on individual solution strategies while ensuring alignment
with overall plan and corporate goals.
• Provide subject matter expertise for all products and product marketing
strategies, to ensure consistent messaging and ongoing education and
development of team skillsets and career growth including product knowledge,
marketing skills, industry knowledge, presentation and leadership skills, etc.
• Be aware of, and comply with, all corporate policies.
Education, Experience & Training required:
• 8+ years in Marketing, Product/Program Management, Product Marketing
roles – experience in travel and software industries is a plus
• 4+ years Management experience
• BA or BS required, MBA preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (for presentation purposes) and Project
Management tools required
• Ability to pass a background check

• Strong project/program management skills and experience applying proven
product marketing frameworks
• Experience change manager having successfully driven sustainable process
improvement
• Experience developing marketing and strategic business plans, pro forma
financials
• Strong experience and knowledge in the activities required to ensure a
successful service launches – e.g. field tools/training and market launch
activities (promotions, PR, analyst briefings, lead client spokespeople, etc.)
• Experience in developing relationships with field personnel to both capture
field needs relative to selling new offerings and motivating the field
organizations (direct and indirect)
• Ability to work effectively in matrix organizations collaborating with both
Segment Marketers and Product Strategy teams to bring new offerings to market
• Independent and strategic thinker requiring minimal supervision for
decision-making and resolution of business performance obstacles and conflicts

everyone aligned
• Extremely strong project/program management skills
• Strong relationship skills – both in developing relationships with the field,
other cross-functional constituents as well as critical third party resources
when necessary
