Job description

Position Objective

• Work as a business center and lead cross-functional teams to analyze, plan, and implement business strategy, meet the product/customer needs of each sales channel, maximize profitability by optimization of selling price, volume, customer/product mix, the most effective utilization of production capacity, inventory/supply chain/credit risk/cost management etc., enhance best practice to achieve customer satisfaction, deliver outstanding benchmark performance, and accomplish company goals.
  

• Analyze, Evaluate, Plan, and Implement
  
• Consider and balance multiple factors e.g. sales contracts/agreements, customer requirements, pricing, costs, competition, production, inventory, logistics, credit risk, etc., to develop planning and lead cross-functional teams as a business center to execute business strategy, utilize production capacity, meet customer needs, optimize business, maximize profitability, and deliver company goals.
  
• Facilitate The Fulfillment Of Product Delivery And Commitment
  
• Work with cross-functional teams as a business center to meet the needs of each sales channel and customer and resolve any abnormalities and/or quality/nonquality issues for consistent delivery of quality products that exceed customer expectations and attain company objectives.
  
• Initiate Action as a Critical Liaison Link with multiple cross-functional teams and directly with key external contacts/decision makers.
  
• Integrate, Administer, Analyze Product Management Information And Make Recommendations
  
• Collect, consolidate, analyze, and develop solutions/recommendations having critical impact to business. 
• Analysis includes pricing, cost, profitability, contracts, product/customer mix, production, inventory, logistics, credit risk, customer satisfaction, benchmark study, market trend, new products and potential customers, samples, quality/nonquality issues, process enhancement, etc.
  

• Bachelors/4 year college degree is required with excellent academic background in Chemistry, or related quantitative field.
  
• 2-3 years’ experience and/or advanced degree in business/related quantitative field is preferred.
  
• Strong Microsoft Office Suite proficiency with Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  
• Strong quantitative/analytical and problem solving skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Demonstrate exceptional teamwork and customer service; behave professionally; treat others with respect and dignity.
  
• Must be able to work in a rapid-paced changing environment.
  
• Physical requirements include duties common to a regular office environment.
  
• Must have regular, reliable attendance as well as the ability to work outside the regular schedule as required.
