The adoption specialist will educate customers on realizing the value of Chargebee features and solutions and thereby increase stickiness to the product and drive retention and expansion.
work with product/success and partnerships team to identify which solutions/features to drive adoption for on a quarterly basis discover the current adoption rates and decide on the KPI to drive and target to achieve develop the campaign plan encompassing media like email, in-app to drive the communication set up ways to measure and report on the result of the campaign
