Job Description -

The number management team will be responsible for procuring new numbers and\or seamlessly transfer numbers from other service providers to Freshcaller and configure the numbers within Freshcaller. This team will work closely with several customer facing teams globally to manage and coordinate the number procurement process for our customers. This role will also require you to be a product expert and work with the support team to triage technical issues.

Responsibilities -

Manage and facilitate customer number porting requests and new number requirements for all new and existing customers
Project manage with other customer facing teams during the number procurement process
Work closely with the customers and our partners to gather necessary information and manage end to end communication
Identify process gaps and evolve the process as and when required
Work closely with the product and engineering teams to automate some of the process
Gather feedback and be the voice of the customer with the internal teams
Be a strategical advisor and formulate best practices
Build a strong knowledge base
Work with our partners to gather timelines and manage partner escalations

Requirements -

1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and should be able to work without supervision
Data driven and strong documentation skills
Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail ( You’ll be working with different teams and handling multiple customers simultaneously )
Willingness to adapt and to learn new technologies
