Product Specialist Jobs in Bangalore - UrbnaPiper

We are looking for Product Specialists who would be responsible for working with Account Managers and Project Managers handling restaurant brands from kickoff to launch. The Product Specialist plays a crucial role in setting up the CRM for restaurants, configuring their menu and testing the workflow of order relay.

You will:

• Understand the product in-depth.

• Work with the Account Managers and Project Managers to onboard restaurants on the platform.

• Help navigate customers through the deployment and onboarding process.

• Provide demos to customers on the products and tools they would be using.

• Document accurate and complete customer details in our CRM software.

• Identify areas for process improvement or gaps in existing documentation and document/share learnings with the team.

• Work in tandem with the Operations Management team to ensure a seamless transition following customer launch.

• An ability to clearly and tactfully articulate problems and resolutions.

• Analytical thinking.

• Great attention to detail.

• The capability of working independently and collaborating cross-functionally.

• Good proficiency with spreadsheets.    

• Ability to solve problems by utilizing available tools/resources.
