Ally is looking to add a key member to our Customer Experience team in Chennai. As the Product Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional customer service to our customers. Help answer questions on product usage and functionality and troubleshoot issues reported by our customers. Delight customers and close the loop by aggregating and centralizing customer feedback.
This position reports to the Director of Customer Success.
Responsibilities
Provide product and technical support to our customers
Aggregate and centralize customer feedback
Be the customer advocate, identify product enhancement opportunities
Be part of new feature and enhancement discussions with Product and Engineering to bring in customer perspective
Replicate customer reported issues and work with engineering to resolve them
Create knowledge base content and help videos
Actively participate in identifying and recommending changes to help scale operations
Skills And Requirements
3 to 5 years experience helping B2B customers preferably in a SaaS company
A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant field preferred
Experience working with SaaS products and technologies
Professional work ethic and strong discipline to stay on task
Ability to resolve issues with the product problems through phone, chat, and email
Possess excellent writing, interpersonal and communications skills
Great problem-solving abilities
