Note : Corporate/Soft skills/Process trainers are not eligible.
Only candidates working as a Product Trainer are eligible.
Determine training needs both for individuals and teams.
Deliver training modules (Product and Soft Skills) Evaluate various training techniques (e.g. gamification, case studies and group activities)Evaluate training effectiveness.
Observe and identify areas of improvements and ensure the learnings are adopted and implemented by the members on the job.
Act as a consultant to UA team for challenges they have on the job.
Plan training schedule, communicate, organise and update training records.
Collaborate with various stakeholders involved

Requirements:

Work experience as a Retail Trainer, Sales Trainer or similar role (retail industry only).
Availability to travel extensively across various cities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
