2. Accounts and Admin Assistant : 1 Post

Essential Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from recognised University. Experience: 3 years experience in compilation of accounts, knowledge of income tax rules, bank reconciliation In a University / Government/ Autonomous Body. Familiarity In use of standard financial package for maintaining vouchers In computer is a must.

Salary: Rs.30,000/- per month Consolidated

3. Data Entry Operator : 3 Posts

Essential Qualification: BCA / B.Sc. Computer Science from recognised University / Institution. Experience: One year experience Minimum typing speed (English) of 35 w.p.m. on computer. OR  Graduate from a recognised University with at least 6 months certificate course in Data Entry / MS Office Applications from recognised Institute.Experience: Two years experience in Data entry work. Minimum typing speed (English) of 35 w.p.m. on Computer. Salary: Rs.20,000/- per month Consolidated

4. Multi Tasking Staff : 3 Posts

 Essential Qualification & Experience : Matriculation or equivalent,. Candidates having experience of one year in similar organization will be given preference.

Salary: Rs.15,000/- per month

5. Academic Coordinators - 2 Posts (On Short term contract/ Deputation)

 Educational Qualification and Experience: Masters degree and good academic record with at least 55% of the marks or equivalent grade in the subjects (i) History ! Culture / Philosophy / Ms / Music etc. (ii) Education / Home Science etc. Besides fulfilling the above qualification, the candidate should have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, CSIR or similar test by the UGC like SLET SET. Holder of Ph.D. degree as on date of the Notification of UGC Regulation-2009 along with those candidate who are awarded a Ph.D. degree through a process of admission, registration, course work and external evaluation as laid down in the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedures for award of M.Phil / Ph.D. Degree), Regulation, 2009 and so adopted by the University, shall be exempted from NET / SLET / SET. Experience: Adequate experience of content development / adequate academic / Research experience. Working person should apply through proper channel. He / she should be relieved of present duties and deputed exclusively to work as Academic Coordinator for SWAYAM Prabha and shall continue to draw the existing pay and allowances. In case of retired persons last pay drawn could be protected.
