Job Description
Hiring Production Engineer
Maintain shop floor safety, health, and environmental standards in the production area
Educate Operators on the shop floor. Improve skill sets of the operators.
Achieve production targets (monthly, weekly, and daily) in line with Plan.
Reduce DMR, Improve Yields, Improve FTQ, Control material usage Variances.
Improve productivity of the production team in the shift Optimum utilization of production capacity and resources
Improve cycle time
Maintain discipline in the production area
General Shop floor housekeeping, material identification, and traceability.
Conduct Tool Box Meeting.
Participation in Yellow card & Safety walk-in Shop floor pertaining Area.
Be an effective implementer in 5S, kaizen, and process improvements
Effective Utilisation of manpower
