· Define R&D and product development strategy, identify and develop products for upcoming markets/demands.
· Candidates should have good exposure in process Quality with similar industry.
· Ensure production compliance as per production plan.

· Strategically management and documentation, Knowledge as per ISO 9000 and cable related standard with its implication
