Job Description
- Manage production activities as per plan.
- Responsible for performance & improvements in products.
- Responsible for training of teams & grooming the associates in the respective area of operation.
- Analysis of regular production batches.
- Coordination with production planning
- Manage development and analysis activities as per plan.
- Development of new products as per market requirements.
- Responsible for validation of new & existing products on the plant.
- Provide information and support for project implementation &technology gradations.
- Ensuring online PLC data monitoring on daily basis for smooth production of batches with respect to quality and yield
- Responsible for training to shop floor Executives & team building
- Achievement of production target with desired quality as per customer specifications .by coordinating with marketing.
- Achievement of production performance by analysis completed batch processes and rectification of deviations within the specified time.
