About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deal with the labor force on daily basis and ensure that labor is focused on their work and does not waste time and push labor to get maximum production output
2. Manage workflow by assigning responsibilities and training labor who are slow in their job
3. Prepare schedules and records of production and ensure deadlines are met
4. Coordinate dispatches with transporters and vendors and ensure receipt of the bill
5. Keep a check on inventory and timely arrange for raw material stocks from vendors and ensure daily follow-up with concerned vendors for material pickup
6. Get work done from labor in a bold and assertive manner and sternly handle disputes
7. Help the laborforce achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets without any wastages
