Control towards Production as specified below;

To manage the shift & direct staff & workmen
To ensure smooth running of production
To ensure that all products are produced to the specified speculations
Targets and deadlines are met to achieve the orders
To ensure that all direct staff & workmen comply with the Company's Rules, Regulations, Health & Safety procedures

Proper control & maintenance of Consumables for Production, Stock & Inventory
Ensure despatch process & its documentation
Proper maintenance of ISO Documents and its On-going Process
To ensure & impart Training & Development to all direct staff & workmen
