Job Functions

The candidate should have good experience as a Service Now Consultant

The person has to be a senior, work independently with limited supervision, be proactive, and with a good attitude.

Need to learn the current TPMG Service Now setup. the candidate is expected to manage and maintain the service now by himself.

Experience in building Service Portal, building Catalogs, and WorkFlows.

Knowledge of Discovery and CMDB.

Scripting experience. knowledge of HI.

knowledge of how to request to upgrade the SN version.

Knowledge of how plugins are applied. Xmatters integration.

Knowledge of event management.

To work on ServiceNow release upgrades.

Coordinates activities of functional areas or of department account leads to ensure that business solution requirements are met.

Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, information systems or related field preferred Three or more years of support services or project or program experience Experience working with the technology industry

Experience working with company products and operating systems

Experience working with computer systems and their use Other Qualifications Project management skills

Analytical and problem-solving skills Basic accounting skills Interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
