Qualification Details :

Professor

Qualifications: 1. A Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of the section 13 of the Act).

2. Paediatrics: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Pediatrics) or equivalent recognized degree. Paediatric Surgery: M.Ch. or equivalent qualification in the specialty

Experience: 1. Fourteen (14) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject or specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD or qualification recognized equivalent thereto OR 2. Twelve (12) years teaching and/ or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject or specialty concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of two years MCh.(Pediatric Surgery) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto OR 3. Eleven years teaching and/ or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject of specialty concerned after obtaining the qualifying degree of three years course of MCh (Pediatric Surgery) or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Age Limit: Upto 66 yrs.

Associate Professor

Qualifications: 1. A Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of the section 13 of the Act).

2. Pediatrics: A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD (Pediatrics) or equivalent recognized degree. 2.1.

Experience: 1. Six (06) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognized institution in the subject or specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Age Limit: Upto 55 yrs.

Assistant Professor

Qualifications. a. A Medical Qualification included in the first or second schedule or Part II of the third schedule to the Indian Medical Council Act 1956 (person possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule should also fulfill the conditions specified in subsection (3) of the section 13 of the Act). 3. A postgraduate qualification i.e. MD/MS (in concerned specialty) or equivalent recognized degree. 4. Pediatric Surgery: M.Ch. or equivalent qualification in the specialty

 Experience: Three (03) years of teaching and/or research experience in a recognised institution in the subject of specialty after obtaining the qualifying degree of MD or qualification recognized equivalent thereto.

Age Limit: Upto 50 yrs.
