Qualification :  (A) A degree in Ayurved from a university established by law or a statutory Board / Faculty / Examining body of Indian Medicine or its equivalent as recognized under Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970. (B) A Post Graduate Degree in the subject / speciality concerned included in the schedule to Indian Medicine Central Council Act, 1970. (C) Ph.D. (Ayurved) in concerned subject. (D) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System. (PBAS) CATEGORY – III : Research and Academic Contribution mentioned in UGC Gazzette Notification.

Experience :  Total thirteen years of teaching experience in concerned subject out of which there should be five years teaching experience as Reader / Associate Professor at Post Graduate level in concerned subject from recognized college / Institute.

Pay Scale (as per 6th CPC)  :  (PB4) Rs.37400- 67000 + AGP 10000

Age Limit :  Not more than 50 years
