Desirable :  (i) Ph. D (ii) 8 Years teaching experience in Nursing education after M.Sc. (N) of which at least 5 Years shall be as a Lecturer. (iii) Independent/ Published work In International / National Journals of Nursing (iv) Preference to be given for maximum teaching experience after M.Sc. Nursing.
