Educational Qualification and Experience: A medical qualification included in the first or second schedule or part II of the third schedule of the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956. Persons possessing qualifications included in part II of the third schedule of the said act shall also fulfill the conditions specified in sub-section (3) of the section 13 of the said act. In addition, a postgraduate/Post Doctoral qualification recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)/NBE, or equivalent thereto for each post, is required. Candidate should have completed total 14, 6 and 3 years of teaching and/or research experience at a recognized institution, after obtaining the post graduate qualifying degree for the posts of Professor, Associate Professor and Assistant Professor, respectively as on last date of submission of application OR 12, 4 years and 1 year of teaching and/or research experience, respectively, after obtaining the degree of DM/MCh (2-year duration) in the concerned specialty OR 11, 3, 0 years of teaching and/or research experience after obtaining the degree of DM/MCh (3 years duration) in the respective specialty as on last date of submission of application. Pediatric Specialities where MCI/NBE norms does not exist.

Processing fee of Rs. 2000/- for UR and 1000/- for SC/OBC/EWS (non- refundable) should be
deposited by Demand Draft in favour of “Director, SSPHPGTI” Payable at Noida at the time of
submission of application form.
