PROFESSOR CADRE: (Scale of pay Rs.1,31,400-2,17,100)
Department of 1. Food Science and Nutrition (FSNT), 2. Human Development and Family Studies (HDFS):
i. A Bachelor's degree in Home Science (relaxable only in the case of in-service Teachers of ANGRAU).
ii. A Master's degree in the concerned discipline with at least 55% marks (or) any equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed.
iii. Good academic' record with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned / allied / relevant disciplines.
iv. Experience not less than three years in the cadre of Associate Professor or equivalent cadre as on the last date for application.
v. The Associate Professor who are in the Pay Band of Rs. 37400 - 67000/- +AGP 9000 (in the revised UGC pay scales of 2006) and Rs.1,31,400-2,17,100 (in the revised UGC pay scales of
2016) can also apply.
vi. Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses and technology mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and Master students.
vii. Consolidated minimum score of 400 as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) from category III of APIs of UGC regulations 2006.
Scale of pay Rs.1,44,200-2,18,200
