Qualification :  

Faculty -  As per MCI guidelines for the teaching faculty

Senior Residents  -  Qualifications and experience as per Teachers Eligibility Criteria (Broad Speciality) (MEDICAL COUNCIL OF INDIA AMENDMENT NOTIFICATION New Delhi, MCI-12 (2)/2018-Med.Misc/142810 dated 31st Oct ,2018 available in MCI website and Recruitment and Regulations of ESIC Headquarters, New Delhi.  Should have registration with MCI and State Medical Council.

Junior Residents /Tutor  -

For Clinical specialties :-  MBBS degree from MCI recognized Medical College. Should have registration with State Medical Council.

For Non-Clinical specialities (Tutors) :-  MBBS degree from MCI recognized Medical College/M.Sc in the respective specialty.

Super Speciality Specialist (Non- teaching)/Full Time/Part Time Specialist -  A recognized MBBS degree qualification included in first schedule or second Schedule or Part II of the third Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 (102 of 1956). Holders of Educational qualification included in Part II of the third schedule should also fulfil Subsection (3) of section 13 of Indian Medical Council Act , 1956 (102 of 1956). Post Graduate Degree in concerned super speciality.  Five years experience in concerned super speciality after obtaining First Post graduate degree. Note: In case of holders of Doctorate of Medicine (D.M) or Master of Cherurgical (M.Ch) qualification of five years' duration, the period of senior Post graduate residency rendered in the last part of said Doctorate of Medicine (D.M) or Master of Cherurgical (M.Ch) shall be counted towards requirement of experience.

Senior Resident (Super specialty Department) - PG in respective speciality or PG Diploma (in the respective speciality with 1 (one) year experience. DM/M.Ch is desirable for the posts.

Specialist (Non Teaching)  - PG degree or diploma in the concerned speciality. Three years' experience in the concerned speciality after obtaining the first Post Graduate degree or five years' experience after the Postgraduate Diploma.

Statistician - M.Sc. Statistics. (As per MCI norms)

Super Specialist (Non Teaching) (Part Time)  -   Rs. 82,000/- (4 hrs/per day & 4 days week.+ Rs. 20,000/- for visiting charges in case of emergency call)

Specialist (Non Teaching) (Full Time) -   Rs. 1,01,000/-

Specialist (Non Teaching)(Part Time)  -   Rs. 60,000/- (4 hrs/per day & 4 days week.+ Rs. 12,000/- for visiting charges in case of emergency call)

Senior Resident (3 Years Contract) -   7th CPC salary at Level-11(In addition to the basic pay other allowances like DA, NPA & HRA etc would be paid according to rules in force)

Senior Resident (1 Year Contract) -   Rs. 1,01,000/-

Junior Resident -   Rs. 85,000/- Tutor Rs. 85,000/-
