Professors/ Associate Professors recruitment in Telangana State Public Service Commission in Forest College and Research Institute, Mulugu.
Pay Scale : Rs 37,400-67,000/- With AGP Rs10000/- (UGC Pay Scales applicable to University and college Teachers)
Associate Professor /07 Posts
General Qualifications & Experience for the post of Professor: a) Good academic record with a Ph.D. degree in the concerned/allied/ relevant disciplines.
b) A Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed)
c) A minimum of eight years of experience of teaching and/or research in an academic/ research position equivalent to that of Assistant Professor in a University/ Constituent College or Accredited Research Institution/ industry excluding the period of Ph.D. research with evidence of published work and a minimum of 5 publications as books and/or research/policy.
d) Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and technology-mediated teaching learning process with evidence of having guided doctoral candidates and research students, as evidenced by PhD thesis/Co-authored books/publications in peer reviewed journals.
e) A minimum score as stipulated in the Academic Performance Indicator (API) based Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS).
Age: 21-58 yrs

2 .Professor (Tree Improvement and Breeding Dept.)/1 Post
Tree Improvement and Breeding Masters degree in Forestry / Tree Breeding / Botany / Plant Sciences / Agriculture (Plant Breeding ) AND Ph.D in Forestry / Tree Breeding / Botany / Plant Sciences / Agriculture (Plant Breeding) AND
Candidates with the minimum experience of 5 years in Tissue Culture out of the experience mentioned in general qualifications are preferable.
3 Professor (Natural Resource Managem net and Conserva tion Dept.) /1 Post
Natural Resource Management and Conservation Masters degree in Applied Geology / Geology / M.Sc. Forestry (Natural Resource Management ) AND Ph.D in Applied Geology / Geology / Ph.D in Forestry (Natural Resource Management) / Ph.D. in water shed management AND Candidates with the minimum experience of 5 years in Natural Resource Management (Teaching & Field) out of the experience mentioned in general qualifications are preferable.
General Qualifications & Experience for the post of Professor: a) An eminent scholar with Ph.D. qualification in the concerned/allied/relevant discipline and published work of high quality, actively engaged in research with evidence of published work with a minimum of 10 publications as books and/or research/policy papers.
