Program associate (Digital enablement) Jobs in Delhi - Iksula

Iksula (client - Etsy) is looking for a program associate to join our Delhi team. We're looking for a candidate with 1-3 years of experience, exceptional communication skills, interest in project management and passion for the Indian crafts sector.

CTC range: 4-6 LPA.

Responsibilities

1. Create a partnership pipeline with non-profit, for profit and government organisations working on advancing the community of traditional craftsmen and craftswomen
2. Manage partnership conversations, from inception, evaluation to execution
3. Devise a digital enablement program and build the resources to deliver. Co-manage a team of freelancers/associates to execute
4. Templatize and project manage ongoing partnerships - define the roadmap, execution plans and success measurement metrics. Report regular progress to functional leads
5. Collaborate and work with different internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute projects successfully

Desired Skills

1. Project management experience is strongly preferred
2. 1-3 years of experience in business operation, client servicing or partnership roles
3. Flexibility in donning various hats. This role is best suited for individuals who can bring structure to ambiguous situations and is comfortable with change.
4. Exceptional communications skills : Ability to represent the brand and lead external communications
5. A passion for Etsy, crafts, entrepreneurship, online communities and new media/technology.
6. Excellent research and presentation skills; ability to use Powerpoint to convey relevant information
