Overview of the Role and Requirements
Responsible for effectively running classes for students to achieve their learning goals and managing relationships with parents & school partners
Responsibilities
The role of a Program Associate involves the following tasks, functions and responsibilities:
Preparation & Delivery in the Classroom:
- Prepare lesson plan in advance and use Avanti pedagogy to teach students in the classroom
- Keep a track of students' class work and homework on an ongoing basis
- Ensure discipline and punctuality is maintained in the classroom
- Prepare for traditional blackboard teaching method in some centres
- Organize doubt solving sessions and extra classes, if requested by students
- Track student attendance and update in LMS on a daily basis
Student and Parent Interaction:
- Provide career and personal counseling to students on academics and future goals
- Engage with parents along with Sales team to explain Avanti pedagogy and address queries about program design and objectives
- Organize PTM (Parent Teacher Meeting) to chat about students' progress and Avanti's performance
Batch Co-ordinator Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall performance and health of the batch
- Monitor performance of students and provide counselling, where required
- Organize monthly 1:1 individual sessions for all class students
- Ensure attendance, test scores and drop out information is captured for their respective batches in a timely manner
- Compile own batch data from LMS and provide report to Program Manager
