Roles and Responsibilities for PCs:

• Coordinate program related to events such as Conferences, workshops, symposium, national and international Scientific Events meetings with Speakers and delegates around the world.
• Designing scientific sessions for the conferences. Inviting professors, Assistants, Associate from Universities and Directors, Managers and Executive from reputed companies throughout the world
• Calling and coordinating and be the main point of contact for Program chairs, session chairs, scientific committee and invited speakers
• Creating and designing content based on the current research analysis.
• Forming organizing committee with top quality scientists and business entrepreneurs from a particular field.
• Should be keen and intellectual in convincing high profile clients
• Adopt/attain information on new findings in all related research fields regularly
• Reporting and content management on event portals
• Constant touch with reputed scientists and committee members, utilizing their services and advises to mark the event successful
• Onsite operations if required at International conferences (USA, Europe, Middle-East & Asia)
• Generating a visionary report and market analysis on the core subject of the conference
• Report on the status of a conference to Program Manager and Team Leads regularly and tailor each report to the receiver’s needs
• Create Management Information Reports including conference feedback for further conference development
