Job Description

 We are hiring Program Manager who can assist us in achieving our goal to create menstrual awareness and education to young girls in Schools; Colleges through partnership with key stakeholders (community groups, educational institutions and corporates).

Job responsibilities:
  • Assist in working out strategy and execution for schools/ Colleges to organize and conduct workshops.
  • Working on social media management and promotion for workshops, activities, etc.
  • Working on time bound activity plans, plan the delivery activities and initiatives in accordance with the program.
    Provide administrative support, documentation and assist in day today office work.
  • Relationship with volunteers (old and new), Indian and International (from over 15 different countries)
  • Support in Data Analysis and Data Management
  • Ensuring adequate quality in all initiatives.

We have also recently extended our reach and run workshops in Accra, Ghana and Kenya. Times are changing and progress is being made.Our workshops create awareness and knowledge about menstrual health and hygiene helping girls and women to have a healthier lifestyle. Today the menstrual disorders are rising among girls of reproductive age. The correct and timely education can save women from disorders and infertility. Pain management can save their time and enhance efficiency and productivity. At SNHP, we focus on the rising problems due to wrong disposal of sanitary pads and possible solutions.
