Job Description
Engagement Of Program Directors In NITI Aayog (Atal Innovation Mission) On Contract Basis Through Open Market.
Number of positions / 4 (four)
Remuneration : Consolidated pay in the range of Rs 1, 45,000 to 2,65,000/-
Period of Contract - 3 years (extendable)
Essential qualifications: i. Indian citizens upto 50 years of age as on the date of advertisement
ii. Master’s degree in any field of science, technology, engineering, business, or quantitative social sciences.
iii. 8+ years of professional work experience post essential educational qualifications in one or more of the following areas - research, innovation, technology development, strategy in academia, industry or government in India or international location.
Desired skill sets/experience: i. Proven Leadership experience in design, implementation and management of large programs (governments, corporates, foundations, international organizations, academic.organizations, large incubators, consulting firms, etc).
ii. Proven Experience in a leadership role with measurable results and outcomes oriented programs
iii. Extensive experience in multiple-stakeholder management: Government, Industry and Academia
iv.. Strong strategic, creative and analytical skills to develop scientific pilot programs in complex environments
