Program Executive/ Administrative Assistant Jobs opportunity in Srijan Infratech  Development Services - Jharkhand State Livelihoods Promotion Society (JSLPS)

1. Program Executive - IT & MIS (MKSP)

No. of Post : 1 (ST)

Qualification : The person should be holding full time regular master degree or diploma in Computer Application or B. Tech/B.E in computer science, from a recognized University/institute.

Experience : S/he should have 2 years of post-qualification work experience in handling MIS/Software development preferably from development sector. Candidates having required educational degree or diploma through correspondence stream may also apply. However, required relevant experience for them would be 4 years with specification as given above. Good writing and communication skills in Hindi and English are mandatory.

Remuneration : Ranging from Rs.25,000 – Rs.35,000 (all-inclusive and purely based on quality of experience and education).

2. Programme Executive-HR and IT

No. of Post : 1 (UR)

Qualification : The person should have 2 years’ full time regular Post Graduate degree or diploma in Rural Development / Rural Management / HR Management/ Personnel Management from a recognized University/ institute with Bachelor Degree in computer Science or computer application application from a reputed institution.

Experience : S/he should have minimum 2 years of relevant post qualification work experience of working with reputed corporate entity or poverty reduction programme/ rural development programme/ livelihoods programme with proven grassroots and managerial exposure of HR functions. The understanding and experience of handling HR MIS would be must. Candidates having required educational degree or diploma through correspondence stream may also apply. However, required relevant experience for them would be 4 years with specification as given above. Candidates should be well versed in working with MS office environment. Good writing and communication skills in Hindi and English is mandatory.

3. Administrative Assistant – Human Resource Development

No. of Post : 1 (UR)

Qualification : 2 years’ full time Graduation degree in any discipline from a recognized institution and must have 6 month’s certificate course in computer applications. S/he should also possess good writing skill in both Hindi and English and excellent command on English typing. Person must be very good in working in MS office environment.

Experience : S/he should have minimum 3 years’ work experience in HRD and office management in development project/corporate/business entity. Out of 3 years of experience, candidate must have worked for minimum 6 months in large scale livelihoods/rural development project and have experience in assisting large scale recruitment/staff training/HRD work.

Remuneration : Starting from Rs. 15,000 (all-inclusive and purely based on quality of experience and education)
