TECHNICAL SKILLSET REQUIRED

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field
  
• 1+ years of experience in IT and project/program/development management
  
• Experienced in software management and project/ program management fundamentals (software development life cycles and quality processes, scope, cost, schedule, deliverables, change management, risk management)
  
• Strong system software background
  
• Excellent presentation and communication skills
  
• Excellent teamwork and coordination skills
  
• Understanding of Agile, Scrum & Waterfall methodologies
  
• Passion for light weight, effective processes, and methodologies that will improve the productivity of the organization
  
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment
  
• Experience in working on Project management tools
  
• Experience working in creation of various reports and dashboards
  
• Experience using Project management tools
  
• Good with MS Excel (Advanced)
  
• Ability to work independently, communicating across multiple time zones.
  

ROLE:

• Project Management (Planning, scheduling, tracking and managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables)
  
• Work with internal teams to validate schedules and project plans
  
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives, proactively identifying dependencies and risks between different teams at different locations
  
• Effectively manage projects within schedule and to excellent quality standards
  
• Manage software product life cycle processes to facilitate high-quality product and program releases
  
• Interface with various teams and partners to assist planning and execution of various projects and releases
  
• Know the projects and their release dates, understand risks and how we can mitigate and communicate updates to the team
  
• Keep the team aligned on the overall delivery of the projects that are on-track and calling-out those that are at risk and off track
  
• Coordinate stakeholder / business meeting updates to ensure alignment between different teams
  
• Manage the day-to-day operations of all Release management tasks
  
• Provide weekly/timely updates to the required teams
  
• Maintain high-level understanding of all projects across the organization and consider impact of a release with other ongoing / upcoming projects
  
• Ability to set own high standards of performance and delivering results
  

QUALIFICATION:

• A Bachelor's  degree in Computer Science/Engineering (or equivalent experience)
  
• 1+ years of experience in IT and project/program/development management
