- High ID on Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude
- Exposure to Prod / Tech / Analytics
- Willingness to Travel (30/40 %)
- Ability to structure Problems and Come up with solutions
- Willingness to go on the ground and execute solutions
- Good to Have
- Prior Experience in ground operations
- Control of inflow to hubs from field - implement diagnosis call center, field service, field diagnosis, training, and building capabilities, issue identification and resolving through R&D interventions
