Program Manager - Hardware Challenge – (1 post)
Qualification and Experience The candidate shall be a graduate in engineering with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a reputed institution/organization.
The candidate shall have compulsory experience in management of innovation programmes/schemes or have proven experience in working in a startup ecosystem/ incubator facilitating innovations It is desirable that the candidate has a degree/diploma in Management from a reputed academic institution. Previous experience of being a founder of a start-up company will be an added advantage.
Job Profile The selected candidate shall be responsible for coordinating innovation programs. Coordinate with the program partner - Government agencies, Private institutions, Corporate entities etc. Ensure that the deliverables and milestones of the program are meeting the stipulated timelines. Ensure proper evangelization across the country ensuring adequate number of participants. Coordination for the evaluation of applications at different stages of the programme. Liaison with incubators and innovation centers to support selected participants. Ensure timely disbursement of funds and monitor that the disbursed funds are properly utilized.
Age Limit: Maximum 50 years as on date of notification

Remuneration: Rs. 50,000/- to 60,000/- per month,
depending on the experience and qualifications
(consolidated).
