Job Description
Program Manager – State Technical Lead- UTTARAKHAND
Skills and Qualifications: Master Degree in Civil/Environmental Engineering or Masters in Urban Planning, or any other related field with extensive knowledge in water and sanitation related projects.
8-10 years of work experience required with atleast 5 years of relevant work experience in the area of urban sanitation.

Technical skills related to designing and implementation of decentralized sanitation and wastewater treatment solutions is desirable.
Professional experience in documentation and research, and project management will be an asset.
Experience of working and providing supervisory and monitoring oversight and managing technical support teams to produce desirable outputs.
Competencies: Strong analytical, conceptualization, reporting skills required. Should have advanced writing, research and analytical skills. Expertise in development of strategic documents, policy documents, action plans as well as preparing training materials/ manuals for different stakeholders. Able to work both independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment and establish harmonious and effective working relationships both within and outside the organization. Excellent communication in English and team building skills.
IT Skills
Experience in the usage of computers and office software packages and advance knowledge of spreadsheet and handling of web-based management systems would be an advantage.
