Program Coordination 

• To coordinate with different stakeholders for deepening and expanding the programs and activities

• Ensure smooth execution of flagship programs and remodel existing initiatives of the campaign.

• Conceptualization to implementation of projects that are in line with the mission and vision of the campaign in coordination with the volunteers and their team leads.

• Assist the Founder in scaling-up and expansion of the campaign

Communication and Research 

• To develop communication and outreach plan for the organization and ensure effective implementation along with the team. 

• Research and documentation of best practices in the campaign

People’s Management

• To build and maintain volunteer team structure in Delhi and in state (s) and coordinate with various teams

• To coordinate with the team leads, state representatives and volunteers

Collaboration and FundRaising

• Collaboration with individuals and organizations

• To lead the fund-raising efforts with assistance from the team and the Founder

Basic Qualifications requirements include:

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of work experience handling administrative office work in a non-profit setting.

• Must possess strong English and written communication skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be able to multitask in a small team, with an entrepreneurial spirit.

• Positive and outgoing attitude.

• Experience with Microsoft Office. Design skills preferred. 

Additional Requirements

• Ability to work some late evenings and weekends required to match work of volunteers 

• Ability to work from home/flexible work environment

• Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and follow-through are essential, along with the ability to meet deadlines. 

• Open to travel to Bihar and other states, depending on the requirements 

• Open to take-up challenges and new tasks depending upon the need
