Responsibilities:-
Plan and execute Growth initiatives for the vertical- Be responsible for training, induction, process design and management- Handle analytics, product coordination and marketing initiatives for the vertical- Lead generation and inside sales- Key account management- Developing a budget and operating plan for the program.- New initiatives- Cross department coordination- Managing a team with a diverse array of talents and responsibilities - analyst, marketing, inside sales team, KAMs.- Drive and track customer satisfaction, safety, quality and team member performance.- Sites rating and improvement program ownership - Growth planning of new cities expansion- CRM tool ownership- Performance dashboardsRequirements:- Proven experience in program management.- MBA from top tier college.- Proven stakeholder management skills.- Proven experience in managing a team.- Highly analytical- Handled growth profile in startups
