Job Description – Program Manager

• We are looking to hire someone who will be able to build and market the E.T.S.I fellowship for ConveGenius. To know more about the fellowship
• Education Technology for Social Impact (ETSI) fellowship is a 1-year immersive programme designed to provide data-intensive modern leadership experience to young educators in the social development sector. 
• It comprises of an 8-week intensive classroom programme and a 9-month immersive leadership experience to cast a unique set of skills necessary to make it in the development space. 

Briefing about the Company:

• ConveGenius is one among the fast-growing education technology companies in India focused on creating world-class technology products and innovations to make learning more fun, rewarding and equitable. 
• ConveGenius Edu Solutions has its Indian Corporate Office located in Noida, NCR. CG Slate is the flagship product of ConveGenius - it is a complete tablet-based learning solution for children between the ages 4-12 years,
•  and it seeks to leverage the immense potential of gamification to personalize learning, and enable self-learning.
• Job Responsibilities:
• Building a responsive curriculum for E.T.S.I fellows of 2019-2020 fellows.
• Administer workshops for the E.T.S.I fellows of 2019-2020.
• Coordinate a range of marketing activities for spreading the awareness about the fellowship, to the right audience.
• Manage all administration for E.T.S.I Fellows from planning and scheduling, organizing staff, ensuring consistency in delivery and completing post-activity administration.
• Liaise with teaching staff to coordinate timetables, reports and assessments.
• Work with the Support and Technical Services team to arrange building requirements for teacher training program and activities. 
• Any other duties as may reasonably be required and that fall within the scope and range of the job.

 Desired Skillset/ Qualifications: 

• Bachelors or an equivalent degree from a reputed institute.
• Corporate Training experience of more than 2 years in an MNC or Educational Institute.
• Excellent, proven administration experience ideally gained in an environment with multiple programs in a busy and varied office.
• Proven experience of project delivery from conception to completion ideally gained in Education/Learning & Development projects.
• Excellent organizational skills with experience of prioritizing work and managing conflicting deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to build supportive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of Windows PC systems and Microsoft Office programs.
• Familiar with database systems or experience of learning new systems quickly.
• Prior experience of any fellowship would be an added advantage.
